There are some weird APIs out there.  That's what Craig Neslage found out when he looked through APIhub - a giant hub for APIs similar to ProgrammableWeb.  Let me give you an idea of the weird level we're talking about here:

My Little Pony.  There are two APIs for My Little Pony: 1) Ponyfac.es API.  2) Derpibooru.  I am taking all of my money and investing in My Little Pony.  Take that, fiscal cliff.

Hugin Expert. This company offers ‘Advanced Decision Support’.  Best case scenario:  Expert-level hugs and Advanced (Hug) Decision Support.

Long “R” Us.  Sick of how little typing you need to do these days, what with all of the URL shorteners these days?  How about a URL lengthener?  Visit our website to check it out, as well as other fantastic API selections:  http://longr.us/apihub.com/apihub.api.repository.library.of.apis

--Top 10 Weird APIs

So to get his full top 10, head over to his blog post.  Although, I wouldn't call his pick for the Chuck Norris database API a weird one.  I'd call it an awesome one!
