Here's the totaled stat section, located in the upper right-hand corner of the new profile page. It highlights all your activity across the DZone network. How awesome have you been lately?
C - Recent Activity Stream
Now readers who think you are awesome can see the zone that your content was posted in, how many views it got, and once again, it's not bad on the eyes!
D - Sidebar
We've also created a sidebar that will house your personal information including your bio and links to your website or blog. In the future, this sidebar will be expanded to contain more information about you as a developer.
Future additions:
- Older activity in the stream on demand
- More activity will appear in the stream when you scroll to the bottom of the new profile pages. You will be able to access a history of a user's activity.
- Filterable Activity Stream
- There will be 3 buttons at the top of the stream that will allow you to filter it by the different content types: article, comment, and link.
- User RSS Feeds
- Each profile will have an RSS feed of the user's activity.
- Moderation Queue status for your pending articles
Our trusted and loyal community members wanted a better user profile and we delivered. We hope your experience is bettered and through the enhanced profiles you will get more from DZone.
We like to think that DZone profiles are still in beta, so feel free to suggest improvement by leaving your comments below!

That's all fine and dandy but I am still waiting for a site filter feature. Where can I opt out of the devops crap? I am very close to leaving for good.

Why ? I live in Belgium, and because our phone number aren't the same a those in US. So I have to give you a fake number (and don't want to give my personnal number) and I'm able to get your excellent Refcardz. I also have a dummy address.
Maybe can you ask for the required informations if missing when booking webinars instead of making them required for the profile.

It would be great if we could filter the home page based on tags. Eg. exclude some tags.
(Now, I accomplish this by applying a greasemonkey script)

WOw, who told them to do all these features that no one here asked them to.
Try implementing user selected genres, let us decide which post goes in which category.
COME ON,
LISTEN TO THE USERS
OR better PERISH.

Actually, your statement that no-one asked us to is simply false. We have a very large audience and simply because you didn't ask doesn't meant no-one did :) As I stated before, we are looking at providing the ability to filter a single homepage by excluding what tags you don't want to see. You can also view the homepage for each topical portal (HTML5, Cloud, DevOps, etc) and get feeds from those without being on something more generic such as Javalobby. We're also working on not cross-posting things from the other topics into the Java portal quiet so much.
So, be kind - the team here put a lot of effort, a lot of talking to users, into this new feature. We are working on lots of other features, they're just not all useful to everyone :)

Matthew,
Any work on te site is appreciated. The reason people are screaming about filters is that in time more and more off-topic messages have been poured into JavaLobby. When JavaLobby moved to DZONE everyhting was fine. But slowly messages from "zones" started polluting JavaLobby.
Why can I seperately opt in to DevOps (by far the loudest "zone" with by far the least interesting messages) but still see those same messages in JavaLobby? Someone deliberately decided to do this without asking us so they should not be surprised to receive lots of complaints.
