Sun's video of the CommunityOne general session is available at http://developers.sun.com/events/communityone/2009/west/video_replays.jsp

 Sun is also making videos of the technical sessions and lightning talks available at https://www28.cplan.com/cc239/sessions_catalog.jsp. It looks like most of them are already available and the rest are being loaded. You must enter a user name and password to view the videos, but those are provided on the hyperlinked page where you select the video you want to watch, so it should't be an issue.
