Sculptor 1.7 in the Cloud
One exciting feature of Sculptor 1.7 is the new support for Google App Engine. Sculptor provides a maven archetype for jump starting the development of a Spring 3.0 based application with RESTful Spring Controllers. The domain model is defined in a textual DSL, from which Sculptor generates high quality Java code and configuration. Sculptor generates JPA annotations for the domain objects and takes App Engine datastore (BigTable) limitations into account.
