Last week we published OpenWGA 5.5, our last feature release before the upcoming base release 6.0 which is scheduled for next years spring.

Among the most notable enhancements of this version is the Basic Website Kit, a themable base design for creating websites which makes it dramatically easier to start a new website from scratch, a new development framework  for the pragmatic and rapid development of data-driven web applications called HDBModel and new application designs for group calendaring, image management and form feedback management, freely available from the plugin store.

Have a closer look at these features on the What's new in 5.5 page.
