Support X.509 extensions when generating key pairs and CSRs
Lazgo Software is pleased to announce the release of KeyStore Explorer 3.3, the latest version of the GUI replacement for the keytool, jarsigner and jadtool utilities.
The main feature introduced by this release is support for the definition of X.509 extensions when generating key pairs and CSRs. KeyStore Explorer supports the addition of most of the set of extensions specified in RFC 3280 (Certificate Profile) and the Netscape Certificate Extensions. See Specifications for details of supported certificate extensions.
In addition several other new features have been added:
- SPKAC CSR Support - Generate and sign Netscape SPKAC CSRs.
- Command History - Undo and Redo history for KeyStore edits.
- Public Key Export - Export key pair and trusted certificate public keys in OpenSSL format.
