Gant 1.5.0 released

Gant 1.5.0 has been released and has already made it to Debian Sid and Ubuntu Jaunty.
There are lots of bug fixes but the main features are a restructuring of the Gant class constructors and Gant file loading strategy, and the addition of searching of the Ant properties for Gant variables (this makes the itnegration between the Gant and Ant properties more consisten and allows for the removal of lots of cruft in Gant build files.
