Epictetus, by Antilogic Software, is a free cross-platform database tool based on the NetBeans Platform:
The latest release can work with Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, Firebird, HsqlDB. It supports BLOB and CLOB autoload and updating table data (even in query results).
