Today froglogic released version 3.4 of their automated GUI testing tool Squish. Squish supports testing applications based on the following technologies:
- Java Swing/AWT
- Java SWT/Eclipse RCP
- Web/Ajax
- C++ Qt

Squish is completely cross-platform and allows to utilize JavaScript, Python, Perl and TCL as test script languages. The open interfaces, such as XML reports and plain-text files for all test scripts, allow easy integration of Squish into test automation systems. Squish now also comes with ready-made integrations for CruiseControl, Ant and Eclipse TPTP.
